Your personal data is processed by the "Drumeții Montane" Association in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Law no. 190/2018. This policy applies to visitors of dresaj-ieftin.ro, a presentation, information and dog education website.
The site has no user accounts, does not require registration and does not allow visitors to publish content. The only personal data you send us is what you choose to enter in the contact form.
1. What data we collect about you
- Contact form data - your name, email address, phone number (if you choose to provide it) and the content of your message, including any information you decide to include in it (for example, about your dog).
- Minimal technical data - server logs (IP address, date and time of access, requested page, browser type) and the strictly necessary cookies the site needs to work, described in the Cookie Policy. This data is used solely to run and secure the site.
We only ask for the data we need in order to reply to you. Optional fields are marked as such in the form. Please do not include sensitive data in your message (for example, health data, national ID numbers or bank details), as it is not needed for us to reply.

We do not use your data for newsletters, direct marketing, profiling or personalised advertising. Contact form data is used only to reply to the message you sent.
3. Who we disclose data to
- We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
- Technical providers that support the running of the site (web hosting, email), acting as processors under a contract that requires them to comply with the GDPR.
- Public authorities (police, prosecutors, courts, bailiffs), strictly where there is an express request based on a legal obligation.
- Data is not transferred outside the European Union/EEA unless the provider concerned offers appropriate safeguards under the GDPR.
4. How long we keep data

Once these periods expire, the data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised, except where the law requires a longer archiving period or there is an ongoing dispute.

Regarding your data, you have the following rights, which you may exercise at any time, free of charge, by sending a request to [email protected]:
- the right of access - to find out what data we process about you;
- the right to rectification - to correct inaccurate data;
- the right to erasure - to request deletion of data where there is no longer a legal basis for keeping it;
- the right to restriction of processing, in certain situations;
- the right to data portability, under the conditions set out in the GDPR;
- the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- the right to lodge a complaint with ANSPDCP if you believe your rights have been infringed.
We respond to every request within one month of receipt.
6. Minors
The site is intended for adult dog owners. If you are under 16, please contact us through a parent or legal guardian.
7. Data security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or accidental disclosure: an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access control and backups. Any information sent over the internet carries the network's usual technical risk; once received, we protect it through the measures described above.
