1.1. By accessing and browsing the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1.3. Accepting the Terms concerns only the rules for using the Site and does not, in itself, constitute consent to the processing of personal data. Where processing is based on consent, it is requested separately and explicitly, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

• Administrator - the "Drumeții Montane" Association, which owns and runs the Site.
• Visitor - any person who accesses or consults the Site.
• Content - any text, image, guide, checklist or other information published on the Site.

3. Role of the site

• dresaj-ieftin.ro is a presentation, information and dog education website. Its purpose is to help dog owners ask the right questions, compare their options and make an informed decision when choosing a trainer.
• The Site does not offer user accounts and does not require registration. Visitors cannot publish, upload or submit content through the Site.
• All Content is written and published exclusively by the Administrator.
• The Site is not a marketplace or a directory of trainers and does not give ratings, rankings or paid recommendations.

4. Nature of the information

• The information published is general and educational. It is not a substitute for an assessment by a veterinarian, a veterinary behaviourist or a trainer who knows your dog first-hand.
• Every dog and every situation is different. Decisions about your dog's training, health or behaviour are yours and are ideally made together with professionals.
• The Administrator makes every effort to keep the information accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or suitable for every particular situation.

5. Use of the site

You may freely consult the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. When using the Site, you agree not to:

• use automated programs or devices to monitor, scrape or copy the Site's pages without prior written authorisation;
• use the Site in an unusual, unreasonable or disproportionate way relative to its infrastructure;
• interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning or security of the Site;
• use the Site for any purpose contrary to applicable national, European Union or international law.

6. Intellectual property rights

• The Site's content, structure, design, logo and images belong to the Administrator or are used with the rights holders' permission, and are protected by copyright law.
• The Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used for commercial purposes, in whole or in part, without the Administrator's prior written consent.
• You may quote short excerpts for informational purposes, provided you credit the source and link to the relevant page on the Site.

The Site may contain links to websites run by third parties. The Administrator does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those websites.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Administrator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from the use of the information on the Site or from the use of, or inability to use, the Site, except where the damage is caused by a culpable breach of the Administrator's obligations.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The date of the last update and the version are shown at the top of the document. Continuing to use the Site after an updated version is published constitutes acceptance of the new version.
